How much is shipping?
Shipping is free when you spend over $100. Under $100 items will be shipped at a flat rate of $9 in an Australian Post bag with a tracking number.
Do we accept returns?
Absolutely! You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item to us!
Your item must be not have been worn and must be in the condition you received it in to be eligible for a return. Also you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
As soon as we receive the item from you we will notify you. We will inspect it and advise you whether or not you qualify for a return.
If you qualify for a return we will refund the payment to you as soon as possible.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind then you are responsible for your own shipping costs to us and these are non refundable.
If the goods are being returned as they are faulty or broken when you received them then we will refund your return shipping costs (at a reasonable rate) along with your refund for the goods.
